"Have you ever wondered why some parties (birthdays for e.g.) have been more enjoyable than others despite no lack of effort or investment in any of them? The answer lies in the ingredients - the combination of elements that need to come together in the right measure. It is often also the case with organizations. Everyone works hard with earnestness and purpose, but how does the music sound when the orchestra plays together? This is part of our approach to helping our partners find the right ingredients that works well for their own company.

I describe our engagement with partners as facing a dark tunnel ahead of us - we have a flashlight and know to ask the right questions. We have some of the answers, not all of them. The trek through the dark is made together, and we usually get to the other side, finding the required answers.

We are a collective of ex-corporate executives, organization development practitioners, film makers, event management professionals, trainers and wellness experts who are more interested in the HOW side of strategy as against the WHAT aspects of it. We trust you to do a great job of figuring out strategic direction, but once done, how do you intend to execute. This is where we find companies taking these aspects for granted and underestimating the importance of organizational alignment.

Arshad Kunnummal

Managing Partner

Arshad has a background in corporate general management having worked over 15 years in sales, project management, human resources, project investments, strategy program office and top line development in the India, Copenhagen, Netherlands and UAE. Having gone through the grind at the global, regional and country level offices, Arshad is convinced that the future belongs to companies who invest in their people, as they will adapt much faster than others in this ever dynamic business environment we find ourselves in.  And so in this context, the Biblical phrase "as you sow, so shall you reap" seems appropriate, also in relation to the company he founded - Karma.
